ApoH-Technologies proposes sample pretreatment solutions, in order to enhance the detection of infectious agents. This technology is based on the ability of the Apolipoprotein H (ApoH protein) to bind to micro-organisms in any kind of biological sample. Once bound on solid supports, ApoH is able to:

• Concentrate: recover micro-organisms in a few microliters;
• Isolate: remove analysis-interfering inhibitors.

This unique, fast and reliable method is compatible with most of the existing detection methods and increases diagnostic sensitivity.
